I am spiritual, not religious and have always been attracted to spirituality and metaphysical studies, been a member of The Art of Living since 1992 and was lucky enough to personally meet Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Vancouver. The practice of Kryia yoga has changed my life.

I am passionate about healthy living! I love yoga, Qigong, hiking, laughing and learning. I am very honest, loyal, and wish to connect with like-minded souls.

I’m an excellent cook, and enjoy creating healthy, organic, delicious food. Thai, Chinese and Indian are some of my favorites. I love to get creative with recipes and make them my own.

While spiritual focus is important in my life and I have managed to balance it with a passionate, curiosity about everything in life and to “get things done.” I have very much of an “I can do it” attitude, and down to earth nature which grounds me in daily reality. For instance, I have always wanted to learn how to paint with watercolors; it took me 5 years of trial and error until I was featured in several galleries in Hawaii. Like Edison, I found 1001 ways how not to do it.

Love animals, being by the ocean, traveling, camping and meeting open-minded people for great conversations, eclectic taste in music, blues, Hawaiian, world, some country and folk, enjoy art, giving and receiving massage.
