Well, I'd like to get a few of my qualifiers out of the way first. A) I'd like to find someone for good conversation, not someone where the burden of conversation is constantly placed on me. I can definitely do my part, but you're the woman, and for the most part I should be able to get you going to the point where I could get away with the obligatory nod and "uh-huh" response. Of course I won't really do that, but you have to work with me here. If upon first chatting, I find out that you're... well, BORING! I'll go and find something more useful to do with my time, like rearrange my sock drawer. B) I'd like to speak with someone who hasn't lined their profile with cell phone pics of themselves with their girlfriends at the bar. Are we nineteen and still going to Canada? C) Women who say they enjoy dressing down as well as dressing up for a night on the town. I'm pretty sure all of us have had to go out for a formal event at some point in our life, so you don't need to point that out. I'm glad you at least know how to make the best of it, as well as knowing not to wear sweat-pants to Uncle Fred's wedding. D) Most importantly, no flakes, dandruff or otherwise. The only flakes I like are the frosted variety. Maybe the bran, but it has to have a lot of raisins!


Now that that is out of the way, let me go into detail about myself. I'm looking to get to know someone as a possible companion, friend, and maybe more down the road. Sorry, but I'm not desperate enough to say that I'm on here looking for "the one." At first I think it's better to get to know a person well enough before taking it to the next level, if at all possible, or even at all.
I'm an active and fun loving person who likes to look at the glass as being half full. I'm a person who likes to step back and look at the lighter side of things. I'm looking for someone who's the same, as well as being ambitious and enjoys good conversation. I consider myself to be spontaneous and active, enjoying things like exercising and bike riding when the weather permits. I also enjoy writing and illustrating, so I'm a creative person as well.
