I enjoy meeting people and learning more about others. I still go to school for varied subjects i.e. engineering, building, real-estate...etc. (sounds boring...) on the other hand I like walking, bicycling, water skiing, a nice stroll around town or knocking off a few clays at the range and of course the beach...then again who doesn't? I would enjoy meeting people who enjoy others.

I spend most of my time working on properties. It is somewhat rewarding fixing them up to be new and appreciated. My background in construction is extreme as well as my back ground in real-estate sales and development.

I enjoy laughing and finding fun things to do. I'm always open for suggestions. The best part is being with others and enjoying the moment.

A good game of chess, backgammon, cards or friends playing charades is just as much fun as being in Disney....okay, maybe not...but it's still a good time. I love wearing a smile and laughing with friends. Enjoying life and the adventure and discovery I came to enjoy. I'm not one for burring myself inside of a book but I love museums and viewing the sites. A trail in the park is nice but a trail blazed in the woods is a lot more fun. The more friends the merrier but lone time is good as well.

I’m a fairly average to fair looking guy according to me and I sport a great smile. Then again I’m 48 and look much younger. I’m far from perfect and have made tons of mistakes that I don’t know if I can ever repair properly but can always at least keep an open line of communication.

I enjoy things that make me think (Suduko, scrabble, chess). I think of my self as not skinny but definitely not fat. I could use some trimming up. I dress neatly when I’m with someone, but look like a slob when I’m working hard on a property with my talents of building. I own a tux, suits, and nice casual clothes but prefer to be relaxed in shorts during the summer.

I definitely am not a slacker, I do work too much and I enjoy going to school to continue learning.
