First, I must say that I am happier than I have been in many years! I have been seperated (totally on my own) for 15 months after a marriage of over 20 years and the divorce is just a matter of time. I have do have morals and standards and I am very family orientated ( I have 2 kids, a newborn grandson and a granddaughter on the way). I do spend time with my kids just about everyday. I am a very caring person who puts others first, most of the time. I am honest - to a fault, down to earth, enjoy challenges, not materialistic or high maintenance. I am a hard worker and I don't mind getting my hands dirty - that's what soap is made for. I enjoy doing just about anything and everything outdoors. It's the simple things in life that make me happy and it doesn't take much to make me happy. Sometimes it's a glance, a smile, a hug or someone just taking the time to call and say hello to let you know that they're thinking about you :)

I have pretty much been a "home body" for many years and now that my kids are older, I think it's about time that I start to make some time to get out and have fun. Who knows....maybe it will turn into something long term, but right now I do not want to rush into anything.

I am looking for a man who knows how to treat a lady. Who will want and enjoy spending time with me. Someone who loves to have fun and laugh and will appreciate me for who I am. Eventually I would like to meet someone that I cannot wait to see again, that just the thought of him will put a smile on my face !
