I am a very fit, athletic, compassionate and caring man. I have many interests and keep my life in reasonable balance. I have learned many lessons along the way and I am much closer to my heart on the longest journey we all take (from our head to our heart). I have a pensive side to me yet, I like to have fun. Laughter is the best kind of therapy to soothe the soul. I am young in heart and spirit and enjoy learning anything new each and every day I am alive. I am grateful for the gifts that have been given to me and working on giving them back to the Universe. If I could classify myself, I would say that I am more like still water than rapids. I believe that I have pretty good control over my ego and know that wisdom comes in silence and quiet not chaos and noise.
