My motto is," give respect and take respect". So don't be rude or judgemental with me. If you donot like something which I said then you are welcome to point it out, but, POLITELY. And I would surely try to rectify it. There is a way to say everything, you know what I mean.
To keep it simple, I would say, " Communication and respect is the key".
