Hi as a man I really don't know what to say to women,So I called a couple of lady friends of my mine,Out of town because I have not been here that long, What do I need to say to pick up women ,Well after they finish laughing,and actually start to believe that I wasn't kidding,I had some very enlightening conversations ,various opinions,lots and lots of ridicule,and some things I guess I needed to hear ,one thing is the person that you see yourself as is sometimes different than others perceived you to be,but three of four women said one thing consistently "Tell the Truth" ,So here goes, Apparently you gender knows who they are ,but it is us men who are enigmas wrapped in a riddle,By the way i have very smart friends,i have been told that I have an intimidating look,sorry, when I am made aware of that I try to adjust,but please understand between football,the military and club bouncer,it ain't easy,Stubborn I like to say focused,I am an introvert,I don't talk to a lot of people about what is bothering me,I formulate a plan of action an I stick to it,being by myself,if anything happens I'm my only back-up plan,people tend to bail on you
when they cant see where what you are doing benefits them,I am incredibly sarcastic ,but to a point ,when I see or feel that I have said or done something to hurt your feeling,i will apologize,people tend to take me too literally,I don't run marathons,i don't bike for miles,i don't eat vegetables as much as I should,I'm told I snore sometimes,i don't go to a lot of movies, BUT I am the man that when you wake up on a sat ,to discover that I and your car are gone,you call to find that I thought you needed an oil change ,or some brakes or tune-up, I'm the man when the thunder rolls and the lightning cracks,that you can hold with all your might and I wont bend sway or falter,I'm the man who accepts you and your children not as a substitute dad,but as a positive adult in their lives,I'm the man who will take you to places never seen before,just because you've never seen them,I'm the man when it's time to make you feel like the women that you are who will never disappoint ,But most importantly ,I'm the man who will be treating you the same way 10,20,30 yrs from now .
