Here goes:

I am a twenty six year old dad of an incredible child who is my life. I have been single for a couple of years now because I wanted my priorities to be straight after a failed relationship. And I also wanted to take some time to get to know myself and what I want out of life. I honestly don't remember what its like to date and the mere thought of it makes me a bit nervous. There's a lot of things out there that make a person nervous and thinking if all that's left in the dating world is fodder for dateline NBC or Jerry springer, then maybe I'm better off alone. However, the flip side to this is that maybe the good just isn't advertised as much. And I'm kinda going on that premise right now by posting this.

I am very secure in who I am and where I am at in life. I don't need someone to be a mother to my child. I do everything on my own but what I don't have and am thinking maybe I do want, is someone to talk to, hang out with, get to know, share an intelligent conversation with and also do things with. I have been told I am a rare find since I like to cook, and knows the true meaning of communication, is not one to smother you and also is a true romantic. I'm actually looking for a friend/ little more. Not just a sex friend or anything like that because I want someone to actually get to know about you .

So here goes with the "I'm all set with" category.

I don't want someone who cant take care of themselves mentally or emotionally, or is a professional date surfer. I don't want someone who doesn't like children. I don't want someone who is easily led, or has current acute existing issues with any ex she may be dealing with. I don't want someone who cant listen, but only wants to be heard. If you cant meet me halfway, then don't bother getting up, cause I know I wont.

So if you are there, and reading this, send me an email and I will send one in return if you wish. But please, I'm asking nicely, don't waste either of our times by sending me an email about anything other than what I have said above because I most likely wont answer it.
