I am a down-to-earth, secure, happy, and confident woman that believes in love and that good things are worth waiting for. I believe that initial physical attraction is very important, as is chemistry, but there is really so much more to chemistry than just the physical. Whether it exists or not is not easily determined over emails or the phone. I believe a face to face meeting is essential as I feel it is a sum of attraction, compatability, style, sense of humor and probably many other indescribable factors. I have found that it's really worth taking the time to get to know a person, and judge them more for their internal composition as inevitably that is what is lasting and so very important.

I love the outdoors, nature and animals immensely and consider myself to be quite adventuresome. I enjoy the shore (even a winters walk on the beach), the mountains and occasional weekend getaways. My interests are very diverse but include enjoying movies cuddled together with you in front of a cozy fireplace, intimate conversations, laughter, quiet dinners, amusement parks, a walk on the beach hand in hand, a hike in the crisp leaves of fall and so much more. The most important thing of all is being with the person who simply lights up my life just by being in it. I am looking to meet someone who is emotionally and financially secure, trustworthy and looking for a life partner. Someone who takes joy in every day and who has also come to realize that this life is not a dress rehearsal; it is far too short, very real and for right now. I think we are all looking for someone who gives us a sense of completion; not someone we CAN'T live without, but someone we'd prefer not to. Major difference. I guess I'd sum it up by saying; I'd like to find a new very best friend, companion and eventual lover to go down the road of life with, living it to the fullest as we go.
