keep getting user not found is because they may have closed there accounts if so why are they showing on the site or is there a server error ?

It seems there has bee a few with this same problem this morning.... Therefore it may be a glitch.. I keep getting the same thing user not found it is so frustrating

I got this today several times, user not found, on profiles I was searching for.
