If you are wanting to post an image
Any image will work that ends in .jpg in the URL. If you are looking to archive pictures online You can pay for it or you can use a multitude of image hosting sites. Pinterest allows you to upload an image which allows you to post in forums. Just "View Image" and use the associated URL...which ends in .jpg. There is also your google storage which is still going to need a .jpg URL. If you do a google image search and click on the picture it results in a sidebar view. RT click on the sidebar image and choose :View Image" and it will open with a URL. If that URL ends with .jpg, you can image tag it (in most cases) If not, you need to download the image and upload it to an image host. Pinterest allows you to upload images. In pinterest, click to View Image and you will see it ends in a .jpg address. Just use that address to wrap in image tags. One thing to try to remember... images over 800x600px will distort the forum page view. I try to keep my posted images below 800x600px. |

I don't know much about this stuff so maybe this isn't even what you're asking but I used to use photobucket.com. Haven't for a few years but it was always easy to use for me and I'm a dinosaur.
