Don’t make other friends who are comfortable to be with. Make friends who will force you to lever yourself up.

I'm already the boss.

I want friends who can help lever me into retirement.

So hang around military bases and befriend drill sergeants?

Other than that, please let us know exactly and precisely how you determine if they're forcing you to "lever yourself up" for your own benefit, to something in your best interest? Or, ultimately, theirs and possibly not in your best interest at all? Or does that even really matter as long as you're "levering yourself up" in some manner?

you forgot say "by Thomas J. Watson"

anyway, I like to make friends with people I am comfortable with, do silly things with, laugh out loud with specially if it wasn't funny at all, sit with you in jail...

“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: ‘What! You too? I thought I was the only one.“
