 this is weird.... everything looks normal but when I click on a topic the last response disappears and when I try and reply I get you can only respond to 2 topics per minute I'm trying this to see if I can post a new topic Oh I'm on my phone using mobile site. |

Strange, I use the mobile site on my tablet and all seems fine here.

I have experienced that issue, although I never use phone. I had to wait for a while until my reply was successfully posted. In my case, it happened because I was consecutively posting replies to some threads.
