Well I'm not sure about Vista Premium, but I have Vista Home Basic and
YM works fine. Some extra features (like Yahoo! Mail) would still have
to be updated, but the messenger itself works fine. What problems are
you experiencing?

In any case Yahoo is making a new messenger for Vista. You can sign up
to be notified when it's ready:

http://messenger.yahoo.com/windowsvista.php

There's also a messenger that runs on the web (so you dont need to
download anything):

Good luck!

well the good news is that it can't be any worse! laugh

well the housing market is probably going to get a little worse (for
those who own or are trying to sell) and we might face more job-cuts,
but hopefully we're not headed for a recession. frown

i guess things could be worse after all. ohwell

Click "Who's online" under the "Search" menu and say hi to people? Does
it get any simpler than that? Or I guess you can just click Search and
look at your matches. frown Whatever rocks your boat.

Good luck! drinker

No, that by itself is not weird (unless there are also other symptoms).
Being a 20-year-old guy is not easy, especially when one's living alone.
So the best thing you can do is to not make him conscious of it all the
time. You should try to help him however you can, but at the same time
keep your distance. Over the next 2-3 years he's going to learn to pull
himself up, so hopefully things will get better.
