It's never a good reason to stay with anyone that threatens you.. You can get a court order to have visitation rights and she will not be allowed to leave the state... You have to do something though, just waiting is going to make the chances bigger that she'll get to do what she wants before you can stop her.. Good luck.... What IndnPrncs said.. put it in better words then I did lol. But yeah you need to do something if you do not want to be in the relationship with her and she keeps threatening you like she does and all. |

As far as I know you have every right to see your kid just as long as your being a good parent as well as father and helping pay your half etc.
I guess your best bet is you could always go to some type of legal services that could better help you out on this that is if you would rather not be with your current girlfriend etc. |

I would have to say depends on how deeply madly in love I was, but none the less family means the most to me as it does to others and if they can't see that then oh well. But I guess it's more 50 / 50 on this question and it could go either way.

How long would you be single and mingling before you just called it a day and decided to give it up? Is there any length of time upon where you would just be embarrassed to still be here? (not for you lovely couples who stick around for friends!) I think I have pretty much given up on everything but my self as of right now. Maybe some day things will be different and turn around and start to look up. But for now it's giving. |
