As evil as Hitler is portrayed by those who never knew him personally, I'm sure the man had an endearing side to him. Most killers do. I don't think we could actually or consciously know we were on this earth before. I think our consciousness evolves beyond this plane once we die. I do agree that depending on your choices, experiences and good or bad deeds will have an effect on our after life experience. I think we will be given a chance to get it right on a spiritual level sorta like we are given the opportunity of life on the physical realm. WE MUST LEARN TO LOVE REGARDLESS
