I remember going into a house my sister was thinking of buying and when I went into the kitchen, my first thought was, this was obviously built for tall people.

I'm 5'10" myself, tallish but not really tall. (Dutch people are often quite tall)
I prefer to hang out with people about the same height, if it's a man then I hope to find someone 1.83 - 1.85m

Hanging out with short people is difficult because it means I have to bend my neck all the time to be able to hear what they say (when out and about). Causes me a lot of grief (neck injury).
A reason to not socialize much with people in this area as most here tend to be around 1.55 - 160. In other words, short.

I think a relationship works best when you are around the same height, the man being a little taller, but not too much.

Hi Ron... I'm 4'11". I don't mind dating tall men but it's a little easier on my neck if he's 5'10" or shorter, haha. I prefer shorter but who he is as a person is more important to me.

I wouldn't mind dating a short woman.

I don't really like dating tall men.
