For potential mutual matches some pictures show up but most don't. Just the thumbnail+# and red X thing-a-ma-jig. A few photos do and the request photo note on others. Cannot figure out the other ones.

This site is not working for me and others. The answers people give are so simplistic that you would think; "Hey just go there and click on this." Not so. Emails on mutual matches that are not there. Checking settings on my computer and my settings at the site and going no where. What is going on?.
