Trusting others is not always a good thing

A lady brought her duck into the vet one morning...it was limp in her arms
The vet motioned her into the surgery and he placed the duck onto the table and proceeded to examine the winged creature starting with his stethoscope, listening for its heartbeat
After a few moments, he turned solemnly to the lady and said " sorry to say but your duck is dead"
The lady exclaimed " Your wrong...how can you tell just by listening with your stethoscope "
The vet rolled his eyes..sighed and went out of the room
Moments later he was back with a Black Labrador
The dog put his paws on the table and gave the duck a good sniffing, then looked at the vet with sad eyes and shook his head
The vet patted his head and took the dog out only to return with a cat
He placed the cat on the table and the feline gently sniffed the duck and sat back and meowed mournfully
The cat made it's own way out
Vet then turned to his computer...touched a few keys and produced a bill for $450
The lady was shocked and asked the vet why was the bill so high when all he did was listen with his stethoscope
" Well ma'am, if you had believed me when I 1st said the duck was dead...it would have only been $35 but with the Lab report and Cat scan it will be cost more"

A mate of mine's bro in law is a chef...he has 2 microwave...one does not work and sits on top of the working one....after his restaurant closed for the evening, he had to put away the takings for the night as he did not wish to take it home and stashed it in the non working microwave sitting on top of the working microwave and
Then he decided to reheat some food for a quick snack (chefs are allowed to do this) anywayýyyy he used bottom microwave and 2 mins later his snack was ready...he ate...shut down the kitchen and went home
Next morning he went to retrieve the previous nights takings to be banked before opening for business
the cash..all banknotes...had melted into one ball
Luckily for him he was able to claim insurance and has since disposed of non working nuke machine and found a much much more secure place for his takings
True story from Sweden..made the headlines over there....silly boy 🤣🤣🤣
