I have met and chatted with a few women on dating sites ! started up by liking their profile , pictures included . Moved to messages and very lively conversations ... then moved to phone chats .... still lively and interesting ... then asked for a meet and greet ... mostly coffee meet ups .... On meeting reality kicks in ..... and within a few minutes you will know whether there is a genuine connection or not . Most times there is just no connection! for whatever reason ... i got lucky once , there was a great connection and lead to a second date ... and ended up in a two year relationship ... all , i am saying is that there has to be a physical meet and greet , before any other decision is made!!! yeah I agree.. had almost similar experience |

It's all about when will the "first meet" happen. It's the excitement and thrill you feel that u thought was love. infatuated i guess but can hardly tell that it's love. We tend to say those 3 words and assumed that it's actually how we feel towards someone. But it's more than that. it's way deeper and unconditional. ohh yeah..thanks for the insight

Until you meet a person face to face, you do not really know if you love that person. What you have is infatuation, not love. Until you meet a person face to face, you do not know if you and the person are compatible. When online, people can pretend to be something other than what they really are. I agree.. like we only see the real them if we live together already .even when dating or going out we only see the best of them..but when we start to be closer or live together we might discover they snore so loud,fart when laughing or eat with one foot up the chair ..lol |
