Only once...and I got really burnt so now I won't allow myself to fall until I'm sure that what I see, is what I get...I'm kinda cynical about the whole dating world  Sadly that's much easier said than done  ?....what's easier, being cynical or being sure? Being cynical is easier, being sure always seems to set us up to fall on our face once again. Oh...definitely agree with you.

"Okay I understand" --- I wish he would've fought more to keep me in his life when I called it quits as he was married and his wife decided to finally try to make a go of it. They moved back east and a month later she ran off with someone else. Now he's been living with someone for over 20 years but he'll never marry her and I know there are still feelings on his part and I never quit loving him either.... but its an impossible situation. I wish he wouldn't have let me go. Ouch....20 years later? I didn't know love lasted that long
