Easy way to determine if that is a lie aswell is just look at his comments and the comments of his friends (if their not set to a private profile) and see if hes been responding to comments ect ect, just any type of activity on his part. hhhhmmm, I though people skills meant having good "people skills" simply means that you are good at working with people. A lot of jobs require good "people skills". In fact, often employers mention it when advertising for a position.

These skills are helpful for any job that involves working with people. Some examples are a receptionist, a customer service representative.

So basically if you dont have a degree and your working at Wal-Mart, being their greeter wouldnt work out too well for ya lol :)
