Did the Police Officer in question suffer from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)??? He just went completely overboard... because, being an every day officer of the law can be incredibly stressful knowing that you may not come home to your loving family & kids thanks to some evil little scumbag who wants to end your life because they simply felt like it?

Obviously, the officer could've handled this situation differently? But didn't... Where does this leave him? No job or pension? I wonder....

The good thing is that nobody was hurt. Being asked to place your hands on the steering wheel of your vehicle is really not much of a hardship. It's always better to comply than resist.

This is more embarrassing politically for the department who may end up being sued?

Branding? :( Why would anybody want to be branded...!? Granted, there are those who enjoy being part of the whole extremist culture of piercings, tattoos, objects inserted under their skin, even being hung by it... or even, have skin removed to form scars. Branding isn't for the squeamish. I don't want to be branded like a farm animal. I don't want to be burned or even feel the heat of an iron anywhere near my skin unless - I'm into extremist body modifications. People are always trying to push boundaries mentally & physically. Some have a high tolerance of pain. I don't... :) I don't like pain because it hurts!!! :) My face has already been 'branded' by what what life has thrown at it. Each line, each crevice sadly reminding me of all the bad times, all the missed chances, the lost loves... :) If people want to be branded & also pay for the privilege - good luck to them. I hope they find the whole experience euphoric. Just don't go complaining to me that it hurt... :P

Adventgirl, the beautiful thing about a voluptuous girl is that there's more of her to love, hold, kiss, caress & taste. :) Wrapping one's arms around a mop handled skinny minny just doesn't excite me the way you would. Nothing nicer than being wrapped in your arms, legs & thrusting hips.. your heart beating wildly against my chest when we both snuggle up in deep contemplation with or without contraception. :P xoxo

The Government already have rules & regulations regarding pre & post marriage. For some, marriage is nothing more than a simple piece of paper... a marriage certificate of legal convenience should one or both want to end it.

It depends what the definition of the word.... Sex? The Bible is a little vague on the matter..!!!? Some would suggest that kissing is sexual... a fairly intimate act between two people. Does the Bible make the claim that two people should resist their screaming hormones & wait until they're married before they indulge in some tonsil tennis??? :)

I haven't seen it, yet...!!! I saw the very first film when I was young. Now, it's how many years later... God, I'm getting seriously old. :P

J J Abrahams will bring his magic to Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens... because those last few films were, in my opinion, tragic!!! I didn't like them one bit. I still cringe at Liam Neeson, Ewan McGregor & Samuel L. Jackson whom I was half-expecting to pull out his .45ACP quoting Pulp Fiction's immortal line: "Do you read the Bible, Brett? Well there's this passage I've got memorized it sort of fits this occasion. Ezekiel 25:17." Quentin Tarantino dreamed up this quote. It doesn't exist in the Bible... I'm hoping this new film is blisteringly brilliant. I don't want to have to re-name it Star Wars: The Farce Begins... again!!! :) I'm really more a Startrek fan, myself. :P

Why is America giving cash to Zimbabwe??? According to official U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA) numbers, households on
food stamps increased by 45,900 in one
month, hitting a staggering new high in June of
23.117 million households, with an additional
125,079 individuals signing up for
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program
(SNAP) benefits, a near-record 47.76 million
people that is just below the December 2012
peak of 47.79 million.
More than 80% of those families receiving food
stamp benefits are at or below the poverty
line, with more than 61% of households
drastically below the poverty line. Why isn't this money going to aid the American poor???

But... what happens if you can't forgive your partner for the way they treated you, cheated on you & ignored you with somebody at work? Time took forever to heal my broken heart. She was so cold & callous... not sparing my thoughts or feelings because this other consumed her mind 24/7. I felt like I'd been abandoned... simply set adrift. That pain took a good couple of years to dissipate. It slipped away... gradually. But, upon seeing her - it would expose old wounds that'll only end up re-hurting me - not her. How do you forgive someone for turning your life upside down & inside out?

It's simply called playing 'Hot & Cold'. She knows exactly where she wants you to be... never too close but never too far away. Yes, you obviously do still have feelings for her, maybe deeper than even you realise... you have to understand that she's not reciprocating (returning) your feelings. She knows you've got them. She can see how you act around her when she plays those heart strings of yours up & down anyway she feel's like it. Your ex-partner would've made a more concerted effort to get you back into her life. Getting angry won't help. Point scoring trying to get revenge won't help either. Concentrate on your life & learning to let go of your once happy relationship. Bouncing you like a ball is just her playing with your feelings. Time to stop. When she realises that you're moving on - she'll start treating you with a little more respect?

When Christ talks about a church - he's not literally referring to a physical building. The word Church simply means a gathering of people - his people, followers of Christ. You can physically have a 'church' of people standing outside under the blazing Sun, or at a bus stop. Remember that modern man can't really be compared to the 2'000 yr old average God fearing individual. Men, these days, aren't quite as fear-ridden... we're a little more arrogant & self-assured these days. We've got Sky tv.... ;) From a Biblical standpoint, men were seen to be the head of the household... but, this didn't simply mean that his word was absolute law. Men & women were mean't to be a compliment to each other, not where one dominates the other. Obviously, some marriages may be made up of stronger female personalities who are naturally more able to provide a better more stable family unit. Living by God's laws is what's most important to any couple. Women are a compliment to men - not subordinate to them

If that same guy informed you that he only dated women who were had their own car - would you not find him shallow!? :P Wouldn't you be upset if you genuinely found yourself liking this guy a lot... only to find him quoting a list of expectations before treating you like a human being! Wouldn't you find that ANNOYING!??? :P

American's do have the right to eat what they want provided that it's not carrying bugs, bacteria, parasites or any organisms injurious to human health. Quantity or volume should not be determined by the court. If you want to eat cornflakes until they're popping out your ears - that's your look out. There are too many complex issues surrounding food... strange how they never have such a problem in those starving parts of Africa. :(

I'm more concerned with Michael Jackson's doctor who's now going through a trial to determine if he's guilty of negligence in the demise of Mr. Jackson. From watching some of the medical testimony from two medical professionals, one a heart specialist, all I'm seeing is the physician is getting his *** kicked & looking more guilty by the minute. He's hanging on by his fingernails... And I thought I had problems!? :P

Everybody's screaming about rights..!? Unfortunately, the judge is probably more concerned with the rights of any child being encouraged to drink unpasteurized milk, which certainly isn't safe. What happens to the child's rights when the parent is selfishly busily fighting the judge? Doesn't the parent have a legal & moral duty of care towards his offspring? Cows carry bacteria which can easily be ingested. If the milk isn't pasteurized or sterilized then it becomes an issue. The judge isn't claiming they can't eat any vegetables grown on their property... Having one cow - who cares? Having a farm yard full of them kinda moves the goal posts & different rules apply. These rules are there to protect the individual, usually from themselves & their own ignorance!!! :P
