Well John as the old saying goes....."We can't pick our family"....is true.....However, if your Dad makes you Angry give him back LOVE and not your Anger. Try it! You will feel better....I did, and I feel much better about life.

I was curious to know if you have Anger issues? I do.....Perhaps I can share with you what I've recently learned in my Anger Class at my church's Vacation Bible School...... I've learned that Anger is not always a bad thing and that we all have Anger, however, if something or someone makes me Angry moving forward..... I will not allow them or it to control me. I will not feed into the Anger issue and deal with the matter in a Godly, Loving matter because that is what God wants me to do. and to keep my blood pressure down.-LOL!

I'm taking a class now for Anger (voluntarily) at my church Vacation Bible School because in today's society..... People will piss me off and I was stressing out on a daily with Anger issues. I also realize that a lot of "us" have Anger issues that are never addressed which they could end up Depressed or living a life with no peace.

Laughter is good.....it releases your Anger.

Did you know....That if you allow Someone or Something to make you Angry that you are allowing them to Conquer you? I realize now in my life that I can not allow this to happen anymore and that GOD is in Control at times.... I hope these words of encouragement will help you to feel the way I feel. Not ANGRY.......

I feel the same way......I tried to update my Settings profile for the
age limit I am interested in and it doesn't seem to be working very
