The things you mention are important but you forgot a much larger factor - CONNECTIONS. Without having a lot of connections to this person, major chemistry is never going to happen.

Connections are shared values, interests, goals, and a lot more. The more connections you have to the woman the bigger the chemistry. You relate to her extremely well. She becomes the best friend you never knew you had.

It's fantastic when it happens but it's hard to find. When people say there were sparks when they met someone it's because of all the electricity that was created by all those connections.
