ok... I did a bad thing. I came across mikes (ex) profile on myspace.. I didn't mean it at all. Was looking thur my comments an forgot I had one from him...saw he is now with someone new, but he looks happy an I'm glad. But now its hard to breath an my heart is in my throat, I was doing soo good to. god why can't I just let go of him...why is it soo hard, I mean come on it was only 3months... wtf is wrong with me

Don't be so hard on yourself. 3 months isn't that long. It just takes time.

Don't be so hard on yourself. 3 months isn't that long. It just takes time. but heres the thing.. we broke up in June...its been 3months an Im still not over him. he has a hold on me an I can't shake lose no matter what I do! I have tried seeing other guys but it didnt work my mind kept wondering back to him.
