In the tarot the death card indicates that change is required.

If the change is not entered into willingly it will be enforced.

There is no escaping death or certain major events in our life.

The death card does not alway pertain to death in a tarot card reading because it does not recognize time or death as being anything more than a process of the whole.

Change is required in this world. Death is part of that.

Death happens because of the density (lower vibrational energy) of material forms. The density of the material world requires more energy to sustain its duration. Its not energy efficient.

Everything is about energy. If you know how to increase and maintain your energy you will live a lot longer and energy is the secret of long life.

I have to laugh at this because although it's true so many people misunderstand.

They think that excercise will increase their energy levels. And it will to a point. But what they often end up doing is over-exercising and killing themselves early. laugh

I had an uncle who was just about to retire. He was really looking forward to retiring and the closer it got the more he exercised because he wanted to have more energy in his retirement years.

He died whilst jogging about a week before he was to retire.

He never say a single day of retirement. Poor soul.

So yes, energy is important.

Exercise maybe not. laugh

There are other things you must do for your health before you jump right into exercise thinking that it alone will increase your energy.

First of all, you need the energy to exercise in the first place.

There are certain body movements you can start with that are called energy exercises. I have a book explaining them, but I prefer the five rites even though the energy exercises are great. They are low or no impact movements and even older people can do them. I guess you can say they are range of motion and stretch type exercises. They do involve visualizations.

Example: The Mountain. While you do the bending over exercise you imagine yourself to be a mountain and you imagine the power and strength and stability of the mountain to be in you.

But you even need energy to do that and one place to start is to examine your diet. Get rid of parasites, do a colon cleanse etc.

Starting with diet and energy exercises is a good place to start but the thing that will energize you the most is to get excited and interested in something and do visualizations concerning health and energy.

Then the day will come when you notice yourself bouncing down the stairs instead of creeping down like an old person while clinging to the rail. One day you will be walking and you will feel the urge to run just as you did when you were a child.

This is the time to begin a mild exercise program, when you can start to feel your energy returning.

No, but I have experienced this myself. I went from feeling like I was 70 years old to feeling like I was 30 after doing the five rites and changing my diet to exclude sugar and high carbs.

No sooner do I fall back to my old bad habits, then I return to feeling tired and old again. Sugar is poison. sad

This is the end
Beautiful friend
This is the end
My only friend, the end

Of our elaborate plans, the end
Of everything that stands, the end
No safety or surprise, the end
Ill never look into your eyes...again

Thanks Jim M.

I do not assume that death is an end. Death does not simply propel the deceased into nothingness with a total disappearance of mind, body and soul. I am not concerned, nor do I fear or worry about my own demise. I just dont see the point in that. For me, I view death as not final but merely a new beginning from the old. Our true selves that will live after the metamorphosis of death. I simply visualize the physical body as something that drops off much like the cocoon that a larval insect sheds. Then we simply move on.

I guess I view death as more of an "interruption" than anything else. Death would be the end of one “life”. But another “life” would usually begin shortly thereafter. (Kinda like a halftime break. One period ends and another starts shortly thereafter.)

My main concern is with forgetting everything and having to learn it all over again. (But I think that’s the ultimate goal of the game – to remember everything we decided to forget.)

Neither renewal or rest – just change. (Reset the clock and start a new playing period.)

As I see it (at this moment), death will be like finally waking up to all that is, however with no filter to view through of good and bad. The physical limitations will be as if they never existed.

Like returning to loved ones from a very long assignment, the spirit will rejoice for having returned to the greatest whole.

I dream of reuniting with my mother and sisters.
