Looking at the possibility of moving to China. I figured I should start trying to learn the language....

Today is day one for Mandarin Chinese for me....

Any basic useful phrases you can throw my way?
Any help would be apprecieated.

No, but I'd like to learn another language. I was doing really well with Spanish for a year in college. Maybe I should go back to that. Sorry, that's not what you asked. :wink:

And Oh yeah, if you do go with Rosetta Stone, let us know how that works for ya, please. Cause I've been wondering about their program too.

I've heard that those "Rosetta Stone" language learning software packages are pretty dern good.
