We are going to the southern coast of Spain for 2 weeks at the end of October, staying in a time share. I need any input on: 1)Dining and Touring and also on 2)Train to take to get there and where to fly into ? thank you !

I have been there a few times. The most fun was to fly into Barcalona and spend a day doing La Familia, and the other unique sights. Take the train south. The sleeper is a lot of fun and gets you there while you sleep but the day train shows you the country. You can stop at many great places on the way if you like. Granada is tops with the castle tour. Sevillia with the dancers. My actual favorite is Toledo outside of Madrid which has been kept to look like it was one thousand years ago. It is also where the "Damascus' steel was made to make swords and armor. It still is. I have some.

To get a better idea I would recommend you get a Spain travel book at the book store. There is just so much so see.

fLY TO Malaga, the closest affordable airport. Or fly from Barcelona or Madrid to Malaga. Port a banu is not to be missed and there are dozens of high end restaurants there along with the Oil rich.

Must see:

Day trip to Sevilla and day or two to Granada. (Al Hambra)

I have been a couple of times. Puerto Banus is one of the trendy areas, its very nice but pretty expensive. Lots of filthy rich people there.
