just be careful.....you may never want to go back to Michigan.... i love this method of travelling; just going and stopping whenever and wherever you feel like (which is how i intend on getting to florida as well) enjoy the trip! It will be my relaxation before going into graduate school. I never really got to travel much with having kido. I have a good car now and a little cash and some time... so I am going for it!  I am hoping to only be in Michigan for another year or so anyways. |

Too many interstates. I'd take nothing but back roads and a compass if I were to do a road trip. Easier to get lost that way.

Too many interstates. I'd take nothing but back roads if I were to do a road trip. Easier to get lost that way. I am directionally challenged. It is almost guarenteed that I will get lost at least once in every state that I drive through! Back roads.... I would be in BIG trouble!
