I agree Mitch. It should be said with no stipulations. Just happy father's day...period. I don't think the day speaks to only if you're a good father or mother to you get a well wish. We all know there are bad ones on both sides but these two days of the year are to celebrate mothers and fathers. That is all it should be about.

Right. If you bore a child, you are a mother. If you helped create a child, you are a father.
Period. There are no stipulations. Some folks may certainly not be as good at the job as others, there's no questioning that, but that still does not negate the reality. |
