It really sucks getting old all by myself I just want a friend, companion and lover Oh, how would it be?  I'm beginning to think, I'm not quite right There's something terribly wrong with me Sometimes I laugh about it, sometimes I cry Some days are better than others At times I feel nothing at all  I'd give out my number, and sit by the phone The rejection would kill me if they didn't call So many hotties on mingle, so far away taken or gay I constantly get perved all hours of the night The amount is just unbeatable  The problem as I see it, they are all youngsters my sons age and that makes them un meetable I know I'll not be alone forever, there is just noway There is someone for everyone so I have heard I just need to take it easy  So I calm down and chill out and then come these horny thoughts that make me feel so sleazy Oh how to shake this feeling, it just won't let me go I know it won't last forever, things work out My heart has a hole that needs a patch  You would think with this much variety I'd meet him on mutual match  LJS (Ladylid) 2009 |

So many hotties on mingle, so far away taken or gay Yes, distance can be a real nemesis. As can be basic lifestyle incompatiblities. I think the best way to meet somone is locally where we can meet them slowly and gradually get to know them. But this takes quite a bit of time, effort, and money. Typically it cost money to go places were we can meet new people. When the Interent first became available I thought it would be a real boonfall for me. Mainly because I perfer homebodies. A quiet shy woman who pretty much perfers to stay home and do constructive things around the house, etc. I felt that it would be highly unlikely that I'd meet such a women by going out to public places. For example, if I meet a woman at a dance, chances are that she likes to go out dancing all the time. If I meet her in a bar playing pool chances are that she likes to go out to bars and socialize. So I thought the Internet would finally get me into the homes of the homebody women who seldom go out. Unfortunately it didn't work that way. I seem to me the same kinds of floozies on the Internet that I meet in the bars.  I'm at a total loss of what to do now.
