I got a great buy financially, fifteen thou below asking price and move in ready! My Mom and step dad saw it for me. It is just very weird not to have seen it myself, felt it for myself. In my price range is was one of a VERY few to even consider and exactly where I wanted to be. 2/10 mile from a little beach and less than a block from my folks! A miracle actually, just my own fears, which I think are natural under the circumstances! Thanks for your well wishes!!! |
