On the other hand, all of the men are 21 with 5 kids from 8 different women!!  Well, not ALL! I got NO kids from NO different women. Maybe part of the problem is that all of the women I've been with are NO different....? I was surprised at the amount of young parents.  Same here. It's amazing the number of profiles I've read that start out "I'm 19, single mother of three kids, and THEY ARE MY WORLD." And then they proceed to tell you all the dreadful things that should happen to you if you don't like it. I always have a demographic issue because a lot of men have kids and that is a deal breaker for me regardless of age. Same here again. 29-39(ish) and no kids have a BIG gap of participation on Mingle. I don't think I've seen any dating sites where anybody over 25 DIDN'T have kids. It's practically mandatory.  What I find really sad is when someone says, "If it weren't for my kids I'd be .... (homeless, drug addicted, in jail, etc). Why can't they be strong alone? Why do the worst candidates for kids have kids? Shouldn't strong, independent, self-sustaining people have kids -- and leave the others to "fix" themselves first? Don't get me started on the "they are my WHOLE world" dealio.  I haven't read the veiled threats as to what happens in the case of not accepting their litter. Sounds scary!  Sorry -- rant over.  I think there is a difference between having kids out of irresponsibility vs. having kids for family planning. But that's not the only 2 groups though. There are the divorced ones and there the ones who wanted a kid, even if she couldn't keep the husband or boyfriend around. At the end of the day, the least of all women anywhere( not just mingle), who made it to the 30s without any kids, regardless of the reason why not. I suspect the largest group of those (who got no child and over 30) would be the ones who were either occupied with their carrier or never had such a relationship, which would gone as far as having kids as a result. Oh, I have total respect for family planning of kids when people can afford them or they have the skills to raise kids. Divorce happens too. I was only referring to the people who have kids because they "need" something to love them or visa versa ... having kids to "fix" them. I agree with you.

I think all of the women here are 48 with 4 kids. Nope. lol I turned 50 a few months ago and I have one kid. How did you get in here?  I snuck in.  That back door never did lock right.  A llama told me which door didn't lock right. Those llamas cannot keep a secret! That's why there are so few of them in international espionage. I liked the llama that couldn't keep a secret from me.

I was only referring to the people who have kids because they "need" something to love them or visa versa ... having kids to "fix" them. I agree with you. I'll might be hated by some saying this, but I find that as an excuse to explain the reason why there is a kid there. And again, I'm gonna say something that might make me even a more disliked person, but I'm just a person who says these things out loud. There is also a giant problem with pets. Some have pets, trying to compensate of a missing partner, and many times they don't even realize this themselves. Again, if it's not your shirt, don't wear it.

There is also a giant problem with pets. Some have pets, trying to compensate of a missing partner, and many times they don't even realize this themselves.  I love pets and wouldn't consider dating someone who didn't at the very least LIKE them! |

I think all of the women here are 48 with 4 kids. Nope. Some are 48 with no kids!  and some are 46 with no kids. Perhaps it is the men that are the ones that are not flexible when it comes to age.

Okay, Atlantis, this is the first time I have to disagree with you. What the heck are you thinking? Women can also choose not to have children. Some women cannot have children. Why is that so hard to accept? Not everyone falls into the "career" or "not a relationship" category. I would be willing to bet that most that have decided not to have children, for whatever reason, without regard to another in their lives.
Secondly, what is the deal with pets? I happen to love all animals, but your assumption is that they can be used to fulfill a need. Well, yeah, but pets are not the only thing that does that. I would guess that playing on the computer and chatting in forums like this is by far the highest percentage of person avoiding their lives. Then running a close 2nd, are the people who sit in bars drinking. I know that you are talking about your own issues but at least make an attempt a being unbiased. Sorry handsome, I feel you are way off base on your assumptions.

are the least found on mingle2? Ok, 60+ are the least if we go by that, but let's be realistic, because it's normal not to have a lot of 60+ women on a dating site. What I see is an age gap on mingle and here is what i see: 18-25 ok 25-38 ? 38-50+ ok I think the least amount of women on mingle are exactly my age group, or the least available...don't know how to really say this...the least active or the hardest to reach? What do you think? I would have to say the 115 to 120 age group is prolly the least I beg to differ. 1,440,328 year olds to 2,435,566 year olds are even rarer. |
