What kind of trouble are you having with your vehicle? What year and make is it?

Send me an email with the problem and I will see what can be done.

my Dad can move the gears around from underneath,.but they won`t stay,..

& while trying to get her up to a warm garage,..yesterday,..( drove in second,..again ) something really big let go inside,.now I can even start it,..

Sounds like you could have a locked up trans.
If engine had oil, bad clutch & trans could keep engine from turning over. Better get a good mechanic to look at it.

I had a similar problem with an old ford pick up. The linkage would slip out. Try making sure you run the stick on the outside of the gear box.

If the truck runs good, put a clutch in it & see how it is.
Running unit worth more than one not.

Yep, seen it many times.
Happens when you open the clutch at high rpm.
Blew one myself, when I was 16.
dad wasn't very happy, we needed that truck the next day.
caused a major delay, live & learn.
