REAL stalkers have a serious glitch and it inflames them, all Law Enforcement will actually commiserate on this point! ... REAL stalker? Still get a RO, so you CAN put them in prison IF ya can catch 'em and win in court ... Chain of Evidence is KEY here! Best to get distance, armed and a Safety Plan!!! Cemeteries are full of folks who had ROs ...  ... Studies show that this only stops stalker predation in such as failed biz issues, etc. Crimes of passion are committed by the mentally unhinged, nonempathetic impulsives! Paper won't stop 'em ...
