i'm not sure if he's talking purple sticky, but thats salvia, it's actually sold in head shops and it has a very ...trippy...affect. more like shrooms.  I have never heard of this. Though, Thai stick is oft' times not the genuine article, ANYWHERE ... Also, Holland has many greenhouses, hybrids, hydroponics ... They've no need to import greenery, only opium ... The coffee shoppe owners are all the greenhouse owners in turn ... Amazing to be in a kingdom that gets it and is so tolerant of so many lifestyles ... Still, foreigners and various drug cartels/organized crime has really spoiled the good intentions, the Government is finally beginning to pull the belt back in forced response ... The bad eggs ruin it for all ...
