i don't think i'd ask questions during the initial emails and/or meets. i'd much rather just see if i enjoyed the flow the conversation. That's what I prefer as well. If questions come up, that's cool. I don't want to feel like I'm being interviewed, though. And I certainly don't want to sit there and ask someone else a list of questions. I find that if you actually have conversations, you find out things anyway. |

I would ask them to define integrity.  ... (((((((Chrissy))))))) and I mind meld on this one ... Integrity ... Trumps all ... Because it delivers ALL! Freedom and Integrity ...
