I just joined today and I am getting Im's I can hear it but I can't see them Why? Thank you

I think they stoped that feature ..............ask a MOD Charles or Kim on my friends list!

Welcome, susanbmxracer. The IM feature is still alive and well on Mingle2. I would check behind your browser window. If you can't find the IM invitation there, then you might want to consider your security settings (pop-up blockers, etc.).
