I love going out too, even with my good friends but lately, havent been in the mood for some reason. I am not looking for a boyfriend right now, but I've always enjoyed going out and meeting new people. Maybe I am just tired who knows. Last week or so things have just felt more like a chore than an outing. I wish it didnt because I really need that break from my kids. Maybe I am missing the luxury of hanging out at home and having my husband there already just hanging out with me the whole time. Sometimes I think that is it too because going out requires so much maintenance and with the kids I can't exactly have people over which makes it more time consuming and more difficult.
I thought you did go out pretty recently with a friend of urs who was leaving town? Anyway, ya, I'm a homebody type - always have been, mostly anyway, but sometimes it is nice to be around people

can u have- like 1 or 2 people over after the kids go to bed?

I did, and thats what I mean, I cant wait to get teh break from the kids but lately, it's like I don't want to be there, not because its not fun, or the people or anything, it's like Im tired and worn out. which is I think from the kids, homework-showers, packing lunches, getting up really early, chasing them back to bed again and again. Now I talking about it, i am just tired and it's taking away from my motivation. I knew coming here would help. Mingle therapy. Haha

the connection I am most familiar with when guys say that is that they don;t want to pay for a date....in which case the FWB option is what u r looking for? In my ample expereince- most of the guys I know who want FWB just simply do not want to pay for a date.

unfortunately it's almost as tho the measure of how serious a guy is about u/or how much he is into u is whether he will take u out with him, NOT whether he will sleep with u - sorry - jmho

(unless I misunderstand what u mean)

I don't really see what paying for a date has to do with anything. It seems as if you're saying they're not serious enough for you if they're not willing to pay for everything.
in a way yes it is what I am saying, but IDK that it does have anything to do with anything. I agree. I simply misinterpreted someone else's comment

being a parent of young children is very tiring, and no one understands that unless they are or have been parents of young children. What you have described to me is awoman who needs a chance to rest, not go dancing. laugh I too got tired reading your list of tasks that u complete. It is no wonder that u feel like just chillin'
I think it's hard to keep perspective sometimes when the kids are little. These years will go so quicky, Ocean and when they are older u will wonder where the time went. You are making beautiful memories now with them - treasures in timeflowerforyou

Ahh Thanks, they are 3-6-and 9, a hand full. I do try and keep them busy with hikes, feeding the ducks, ice skating, bowling, blah blah blah. I think it is rest I need. And the chillyness is drawing me to the couch with HOT CHoCO and warm sweats. LOL. I never consider a moment lost when I am with them, we do a lot of fun stuff together, even sometimes just reading in their room and being silly.
