i LOVE working out! I do it everyday. 1-3 hours. Usually its P90X in the morning. Then a 3miles jog. Then a 4 miles bike ride with my dogs next to me. Then on Saturdays, i go hiking in the woods.. And between all this i work. Or i bodyboard go fishing. I have to do something. Or i go nuts being inside all day.

I was not always like this. After high school i was preggie and got lazy. Only thing i would do was take care of my kids and clean the house. I was not active. And gained a BUTT load of weight. I topped 270. frown Then got into a horrible car wreck. During my 3 month stay in the hospital found a tumor. Became diabetic. Didn't take diabetes seriously. Thought I could drink and eat whatever I wanted..huh Not good choices. Got real sick and almost died. Decided, this is it. Live better or say good bye to my sons.

So decided to live better. As I exercised, I felt better about myself. I had a better attitude. I was happy again. I was active. Life got a lil easier. Clothes looked BETTER on me. Kept up with my sons. I am enjoying life again. I feel younger.. Sexier. Now not saying exercising fixed everything. Just made me feel i can face things stronger.

Ok my 2 cents. sowwy was longflowerforyou

WOW that is quite a story.

Yep it boils down sometimes, to live right or die.

I just started working out. I walk every day, and exercise at night. I have p-90X but I am not using it yet. I will after I get in a little better shape. I built my own bench press. I have resistance bans, exercise balls, a rebounder, jump rope, do yoga and the five rites. I have a pull-up bar but can't do that yet. Still trying. I do wall push-ups and squats.

My goal is to take off 70 pounds.

Good luck JB...I lost about 30 lbs last year...this year nada, but have gone down a size...not complaining! I am healthy and fit as I can be for my weight. I've kept that 30 off so I'll take that as progress for now bigsmile

Did 3 miles of walking with a bit of jogging today with the doggies! Anymore and I'd have to carry the little red one back she was so tired.

Will either ride the gelding or hike with dogs tomorrow...hadn't decided yet! I've noticed much more confidence and better balance with riding lately bigsmile

That's the right attitude ma'am! You can DO it bigsmile

Mylife & s1owhand...some of us were not just born sexy...we have to actually work at it rather than think about it laugh You are blessed!

Kissable...I love jogs/walks and like to mix it up with the scenery...down the road, hit the trails in the woods, walk the sandbar @ the river, and occasionally hit the park!

been doing this kindalini exercise daily & on day 4! gonna try 40 days & it is suppose to help release repressed emotions & fears! It sure has relaxed the heck outta my back & shoulders in just 3 days.

Reddoggie isn't keeping up anymore so I think I will have to do some short walks with her & only take the boi for serious mileage now. I thought we'd never make it back yesterday she was walking so slow & only went 2 miles! Covered some ground hiking today to find out how some of the horses got onto the hay field across the creek. They all came home at least, but we didn't figure out how the heck they got up the bank onto that property. May track it again this weekend while the bff is here, but will carry water next time...too hot & humid!

Did everybody else get lazy????

I exercise everyday, more than once,
I walk back and forwards to the toilet multiple times, and if i am not doing that, i hold my book up and read, it exercises my arm muscles and my eye muscles, very very hard work

I do basic yoga every morning. It helps with stress, toning, and pain. I love doing it and how I feel afterwards.

I started doing it weekly and have worked up to a daily routine, but do it at night to relax! Walked/jogged 4 miles with the main man & a half mile cool-down walk with Reddoggie!

It took me awhile to build up to doing it daily too.

yeah, I started out in a gentle yoga course, worked up to basic hatha doing intro classes and now do kundalini yoga!!!

I also do energy therapy once a month and will start training later this month to become a practitioner of this healing art. It uses universal, some consider divine, energy to open all the chakras allowing for the free flow of energy. It's kind of like draino for the soul!!!

Yes. I work out lightly with free weights every morning that im not sick. I do biceps, Triceps, pecs, and lower back. My line of work gennerally has me digging post wholes for fence's, tossing heavy Iron for scrap all day, or heavy construction/demolishion so I cant work out too hard or I wont have the gass for work.
I am planing on joging every sunday after church that is if my lazy a** friends follow through with this, I'm not so sure theyll show up to church but they are both fighters for our local cassino and ive been at them to let me help in their training now for quite some time. I hope they show up Idd like to have this as a part of my routien esspecially now that its summer time.

That's awesome flawless! My friends always get lazy...LOL! Amanda and I were suppose to ride 3 days/week & neither one of us has been consistent about it. Of course, we've had hellacious winds that render the...likely gonna die if you ride that horse today weather!!!

I have water cardio on monday evenings and thursday over lunch. I walk all over campus and the doggies too! Yoga for balance and unwinding a few times per week, but I don't go to dedicated classes anymore.

Gonna get 3-4 miles in exercising the boi this evening so I can sleep in tomorrow morning & we are scheduled for a ride tomorrow @ 7 pm!
