Well appointment time is nearly here for my son who has down syndrome. We are seeing an ears, nose, and throat specialist to have his ears check, but mostly for his low oxygen leven when he sleeps. Doc had mentioned possibly getting his tonsils out to help. The poor guy has had a rough winter with runny noses and ear infections. April 1st is our appointment.

plus to make life more interesting my husband filed for a divorce and SHARED custody of my son. Right now he has supervised visitation based on me choosing to pull back on his visitation after he drove 60 mph with noah in the front seat of an f150 and he was swerving around traffic and noah threw up. Between that and then lying to me about Noah's health... i did what i felt was best. It's been a long, hard road and i am praying for Noah's best interests above all else. There was abuse in the marriage, oh he threatened my family and my counselor through me though. my 18 y.o. son heard a few threats, but i just wonder if justice will be served since my attorney told me that because my husband went to anger management then he should be fine with my son. he's been in and out of counseling many, many times. i just want to protect my special needs son.

I GOT AN EMAIL FROM NOAH'S FATHER SAYING HE IS DROPPING THE CUSTODY SUITE. I AM COUNTING ON MY ATTORNEY TO HELP ME THROUGH THIS.

eileena... you are so right... noah doesn't need the added stress since I believe he's gone through enough.

I took noah to the ears, nose, and throat specialist and he said that we should go for a sleep study, and he is sending us to a children's hospital because noah had heart surgery for two holes in his heart. He is also going to do a hearing test in a month to check his hearing since Noah has had frequent ear infections. I continue to pray for the very best.
