Using the word terrorism just illustrates how out of touch someone is when referring to the various agendas in congress. Greedy perhaps, jaded sure, idiotic perhaps, but terrorist? That is just pure rhetoric and should cause you to be shamed. No one has bombed any bus full of kids, ok?! If bombing a bus full of kids is how you define "terrorism" then you are right. But "terrorism" is spreading fear. Its not about attack. It is about spreading fear. Its about threats! Verbal or otherwise. The government and the media do that all the time. They spread fear. If you ask me to drive you to work, and I tell you I will if you buy me lunch, and then you counter by telling me you need to go to work and I am just using this to get my way and you know that I know that you are being forced to buy me lunch, and you call that terrorism, I am still going to laugh! HA! |

Really?? What do you think that accomplished except to frighten and terrorize school children? Threatening or suggesting that our social security will not be coming to us people who have worked all our lives and paid into, causes fear of abject poverty, homelessness, starvation. My God, that is terrifying. It makes me very angry that they would dare to suggest such a thing. That is terrorism, intimidation, threats. Just because our current society has been brainwashed into thinking a terrorist is a guy with a bomb on a bus or plane wearing a turban... does not mean that is the whole story. Terror is fear. What makes you afraid? What do you hear on the news that makes you afraid? The news often terrorizes the public with stuff to worry about. There is simply NO REASON TO DO THAT. And yet they hesitated to begin the practice of warning of bad weather with possible tornadoes when they did get the technology to predict bad weather claiming that they did not want people to "panic." They want people to panic when they want to control something. They control by fear. |

I am talking about threatening to stop social security checks etc. If you want to cut spending, then stop sending our money to other countries, and stop engaging in so many wars in third world countries. And most of all, stop paying congressmen and politicians to much money. And what they are doing IS TERRORISM. It is not simply "linked to terrorism." It is terrorism. |

I am not talking about 'cutting spending." I am talking about threatening to stop social security checks etc. If you want to cut spending, then stop sending our money to other countries, and stop engaging in so many wars in third world countries. And most of all, stop paying congressmen and politicians to much money. And what they are doing IS TERRORISM. It is not simply "linked to terrorism." It is terrorism. why would there not be enough money to pay SSI? could it be that the trust fund is full of iou's and they have borrowed as much as they can from other sources to cover SSI's obligations? looks like we have a spending problem. |
