Do cats meditate? I believe so. Certainly not in the same way we do, but I do feel that they do meditate, at least in a primitive manner.

Mine snore. So I am not sure what REM state they are in. We can call it meditation though. Er, catidation. Or medication.

I think all animals do, in some form or fashion. I see my dogs relaxing, but not sleeping, just staring off into nothing, especially if they are laying in the sunbeams
