Im not sure if you know, but wikipedia.org has a database you can download for free, and view OFFLINE so no internet connection req. encyclopedia which will allow u to have hundreds of millions of pages of info on everything in life,

All u have to do:

Go to yahoo and type

Wikipedia databse download

Download the latest wikipedia Dump file
Download WIkiTaxi (this is the best)
unzip dump file in Wiki taxi, this allows you to view
all wikipedia content offline!
