You said you cared Said you’d be there But, you really don’t And then you won’t Now I’m here alone Nobody else is home Depression setting in Feelings getting ice thin Like a needle on an old 45 Playing a song, “Stayin Alive” I try to sing and dance the beat But, without you there is no me When today was tomorrow I was racked with such sorrow Until tomorrow became yesterday And you kissed all my pain away New love with such strong possession Filled me with such a lustful obsession That nothing could extinguish the fire Burning me alive on old memories pyre But, now I know there will be no you and me And “Staying Alive” has no relativity...
