I would appreciate opinions about some of the these companies. I currently have att and looking elsewhere. Cost for broadband? Good tech support? Appreciate any opinions on the subject?smile2

Same here. ATT has crappy customer service.

You call in to report and outage they spend more time telling you they want to give you good customer service and asking you to rate their customer service than actually GIVING you customer service. You go through three levels of people to be told you won't get repairs in anything less than a week. I live below the snow line and we don't have ice or snow or flooding conditions so wondering if our technicians have been "outsourced".

Told me it would be a minimum of 60 days to refund me my pro-rate discount for the service I have to pay for but have not gotten here in the peak "family contact season". That's if I get a form, fill it out and send it back in when they know almost 30% of the neighbor hood is experiencing insufficient service to medically fragile seniors. My kids were frantic they could not call in and make sure I was ok.

Pretty bad when you have to have cell phone service to back up ATT.
