I've noticed that women get very excited during fast rapid motion. But I suspect they might be faking it because I've seen some videos where the women were going solo and using toys and things. They over-analyze everything instead of just feeling. Study clips and movies to think of a routine (thinking = head). And usually panic when they forget the routine or when the routine doesn't work out for whatever reason.

Tempo is only part of the equation, there's also impact (lol), duration etc. All depends on who, where, why, how, what.
