I am unable to reply to any of my msgs... it keeps saying ive entered wrong verification code when I haven't. . Been trying for ages :-(

Are you able to see the CAPTCHA characters, lockstock82? Also, are you using the full or mobile site when this happens?

maybe its a mystical sign that you shouldn't reply...

and whats this capta thing, i've never had to enter a code to reply to messages...

and check your caps lock too

For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail, please send an email from your registered email address to the following address:
m2.support@nextc.com

Give your message "verification" for its title.

Would you mind telling us why all of the sudden that Mingle2 is requiring members to use a verification code before they can do anything on the site?

Is is some kind of way to reduce scammers?

For anybody that needs assistance with this matter, please send an email from your registered email address to the following address:
m2.support@nextc.com

You don't have to use our help form to send in the email, just send it directly from your email account. Give your message "verification" for its title.

I am also having trouble with verifying my email address, I can't get this site to accept the verification code that it sent me.

If you received the verification code by email,
you also received an alternate link in the same email.

Try that :-)
