Do you see a message indicating that you need to verify your registered email address, ghedine? That would be my guess, as members are not able to send messages without verifying. If this is the case, then you need to follow the steps instructions indicated at the top of the page:
"Please go to __________ to complete your sign-up."

The blank space would be replaced by your email address, of course. If the verification email has not been delivered, there is an option on Mingle2 to have it resent.

hi, I hv tried many times to verify my email but it fails each time. I don know wat to do...

I have the same issue, and mingle is not sending the verification code to me email. I clicked resend email over ten time and still have not got it.

For some reason I cannot send any messages because every time I want to send any a notice comes on saying "Enter Code from you email) I don't know what Code it is.

I am also experiencing the same problem as I don't understand what Code I have to put in.

conjuring, you need to have the verification email sent to your personal email address and look for the email (with instructions) there.


For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail, please send an email from your registered email address to the following address:
m2.support@nextc.com

Give your message "verification" for its title.

Send an email as directed below:

"For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail,
please send an email from your registered email address
to the following address:

m2.support@nextc.com

Give your message "verification" for its title."

So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here:
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.

They will take it from there :-)
